This Creala 40, hull #1, is the predecessor to the highly successful Pacific Seacraft "Crealock 40" still in production, both of course designed by W.I.B. Crealock. Original owner!

Lizzie is a 40 ft, aft cockpit ,double ended , performance, cruising cutter with fin keel and skeg hung rudder designed by WIB Crealock. I am the original owner of this hull No. 1, launched in Manila mid 1993. I have sailed Lizzie extensively for 12 years- mostly single handing- ending up in Rio Dulce and for much of the  past 10 years as a retired live-aboard.  Now 81 and realizing my energy limitations , ready to move on.

Lizzie is a designed cutter rig with a keel stepped single spreader Isomat mast and boom. Mast has minimal abandoned drill holes and corrosion.  Whisker pole is stored and launched from the mast.  Standing rigging replaced about 11- 12 years before and boat moored in Rio Dulce fresh water  environment for the past 10 years. Chain plates visible from inside and periodic recaulking without any  indications of corrosion.  Head stay fitted with Plastimo ( French) furler.   Staysail stay fitted with Schaffer furler.
Main sail is a new Seattle North with only several weeks use. Main has three reefing points controlled from cockpit.  Hong Kong  UK 135 genoa used only four days in an emergency.   100 percent Lapper is Hongkong UK in good condition. Staysail is Hongkong UK in good condition.
